Kristie Diamond MSN, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Kristie Diamond is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working with Dr. DiMercurio for four years. Prior to working in Plastic surgery, Kristie worked in the specialties of Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. It was only a matter of time before here love of aesthetics brought her to Dr. DiMercurio’s practice. “I find such professional satisfaction in blending my interests in anti-aging modalities and holistic health,” says Kristie. “And I enjoy a tremendous amount of personal satisfaction when I see how happy our patients are with their treatment.”
Kristie is certified in dermal fillers, Botox injections, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Fraxel laser, as well as mesotherapy and lipodissolve. Currently Kristie is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland with an emphasis in anti-aging.

Johanna graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Nursing. She worked as a surgical nurse at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland for five years, after which she returned to the University of Maryland to pursue a Masters Degree in Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, graduating in December 2001.
Johanna has been practicing medical aesthetics since 2001. She specializes in providing cosmetic treatments, such as Fraxel® Laser Resurfacing and is a certified expert in Botox® and Restylane® administration, as well as Sclerotherapy for treatment of unwanted leg veins. Through her years in practice, she has performed hundreds of aesthetic laser procedures and has also participated in clinical trials of investigational procedures. In addition, she is a member of the Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Society. Johanna enjoys helping her patients feel good about achieving their desired aesthetic goals.

Fawn Pool
Medical Assistant/Aesthetician
Fawn received her Associates degree as a Medical Assistant from Hagerstown Business College in 1997. She worked at Tuscarora Family Practice in Greencastle, Pa for four years as an assistant and one year as a laser technician. From family practice she moved to an OB/GYN practice where she learned additional lasers and obtained her aesthetician license from DeReille Design School of Cosmetology and expanded her services to include skincare.
Fawn specializes in a variety of lasers and skin care enhancements thru treatments and products with emphasis on microdermabrasion and Permanent Cosmetics, just to name a few.
